1、 Product quality commitment:


1. All valves of our company shall be free from casting defects such as sand holes and blowholes, and the sealing surface of flange shall be free from scratch. The marks of flow, direction, nominal pressure, diameter and material shall be clear and complete.

2. All valves of our company have been tested for pressure quality inspection before leaving the factory. They can be opened with pressure for 4-5 times, and can be painted into the warehouse only after being signed and approved by the inspector,

3. After painting, all surfaces of valves must be clean, dust-free, continuous and flat, uniform in color, non foaming, no small hole scratch, and unified for spray molding.

4. Each product is provided with inspection certificate and operation manual to ensure the correct installation and use of our products.

5. Our company guarantees that all the products are produced and inspected according to the national standards, and the unqualified products will never leave the factory. Strictly implement the relevant national regulations on after-sales service of industrial products. Within 12 months from the date of delivery, under the normal operation specified in the product manual, our company will be responsible for the quality of the products within the warranty period.

3. Service efficiency: in case of equipment failure during or outside the warranty period, the supplier shall send professional technical service personnel to the site within 24 hours (48 hours for long distance) after receiving the notice, and the service personnel shall not leave until the problem is solved.

4. Service principle: the product warranty period is 12 months. During the warranty period, the supplier will repair and replace the parts damaged due to quality reasons free of charge. For the damage of spare parts beyond the warranty period, the company, in line with the long-term cooperative relationship with customers, only costs are charged for the accessories provided. If the equipment is damaged due to human factors of the demander, the parts repaired or provided by the supplier shall be priced according to the cost.

5. The company provides free technical after-sales service training for customers, so that they can have a deeper understanding of the valve, make them work better for you and solve your worries.
